Thanks to its exceptionally small and durable laser head made of precisely milled duralumin, the AREX 400 industrial lasers are unmatched in installations where space is tight and both a small footprint and high reliability are essential. The design and layout of the AREX 400 industrial lasers significantly simplify and speed up integration into production lines.
The AREX 400 fiber laser features Datalogic’s patented “Green Spot” technology providing instant feedback after code verification. The all-new integrated industrial PC delivers high performance, while the built-in SLO (Safety Laser Off) safety module simplifies the integration of safety circuits. Native communication protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet IP and Profinet) ensure fast and reliable communication with the host system.
The newly developed air cooling design guarantees quiet operation with noise levels up to 65 dB.

The AREX 400 fiber laser includes six different fiber laser sources, 10W, 20W, 30W, 50W, 100W, 20W M.O.P.A. – all on a single unified platform. It is the preferred solution for any application requiring direct, reliable part marking (DPM) in the manufacturing industry.

MOPA fiber laser technology
M.O.P.A. (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) fiber laser technology offers high flexibility thanks to its ability to adjust the laser pulse width and a wider frequency range. The pulse width adjustment helps minimize the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and prevent unwanted thermal effects induced in sensitive materials. Thanks to these capabilities, the laser achieves high contrast even on otherwise difficult-to-mark materials.
